Staying Young is not easy; it will take a lot of work, time, and sacrifice. You will have to commit to a healthier lifestyle and this is not a one-time fix, but a change in the way you live your life. Getting that healthy lifestyle starts with small steps that you can fit into our busy schedules.
Here are five steps to help you STAY YOUNG:
1. Sleep enough every night
Long-term research studies show that people who get significantly less than seven hours a night die younger. Sleeping between 7 and 8 hours of sleep helps to improve memory, reduce inflammation, increase creativity, sharpen attention and lower stress.
“If you sleep better, you can certainly live better. It’s pretty clear.” says Raymonde Jean, MD, director of sleep medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City.
2. Stock Well to Eat Well
Open your fridge, drawers, and cupboards. Now dump all the junk foods. Make room for healthy, wholesome foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Plan out a few quick healthy meals too, such as a pack of nuts, organic yogurt, or granola bars for when you are on the run.

Exercise will keep you young and healthy. You may not be ready to run marathon, but you can go for a walk or maybe even a short run. It all starts with those little steps and you can build from there. This article is a great start if you are a complete beginner and are looking to get started. Set up a workout and stick with it.

4. Set Attainable Goals and Follow up on Them
What is your vision of the best you? Imagine it, break it down, and write it down on a piece of paper. You will need to set short-term and long-term goals. Start with small steps that can help you accomplish your goals and move up from there.
5. Add Cryotherapy to your routine
Cryotherapy is able to give you the extra boost that you need to achieve your lifestyle goals. Through the use of cryotherapy, you will be able to sleep deeper and feel sharper in the mornings, your body will burn additional calories throughout the day, and you will also be able to workout harder, better, and recover faster.
