BOOKING POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that
sometimes unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your
appointment we respectfully request at least a 4-hour notice. Appointments are in high demand, and
your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.
By confirming an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our
cancellation policy:
Day before your visit you will receive a reminder to confirm your appointment
(Call, WhatsApp and Email will be sent)
If you don’t answer your booking reminder your appointment will be automatically
canceled
Cancel or reschedule your booking without any fees by giving us a 4 hour notice.
Otherwise you will be charged a 30% fee for late cancellation
In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 4 hours ahead you will be
charged a 50% fee
