°CRYO UAE Client Loyalty Rewards Program

Loyalty Points

  1. Client can use earned points to avail reward of discount on the next purchase of any retail product or treatment single session (wellness, facials, slimming, massages, IV drips, recovery or add-on’s) excluding all and any membership packages. Points are not exchangeable in cash.
  2. All unused points will expire 12 months after they are earned.
  3. Client will be automatically notified in email about expiring points 30 days in advance.
  4. Points cannot be used to avail any other promotion and cannot be clubbed with deals or exceptions.
  5. Discount availed from loyalty points cannot be clubbed and applies one time only on single purchase.
  6. Discount availed from loyalty points if not used will expire in 6 months.
  7. Discount for treatment is non-transferable and are limited to in-store use only.
  8. °CRYO can reject or stop any treatments not suitable for the client based on medical contraindication or any safety concern. °CRYO can change treatment menu at any time without prior notice.
  9. Loyalty program is valid until further notice and applicable in any °CRYO locations within the United Arab Emirates. Program terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  10. °CRYO can cancel Loyalty Program at our discretion without incurring any liability as a result.

Loyalty Tiers

  1. Client enters a loyalty tier based on their total amount spent on all completed sales purchases at °CRYO and will retain their status for the next 12 months.
  2. Clients are assigned to tiers based on sales progress they have made since the program start.
  3. Eligible sale items include total amount of all purchases of single services, combos, promotions and special deals, all membership packages, retail products, gift cards and add-ons.
  4. Client can use earned benefits assigned to each tier. Tier benefits are not exchangeable in cash.
  5. All tier benefits will expire if not used in 6 months from the date they are earned.
  6. Tiers cannot be used to avail any other promotion and cannot be clubbed with loyalty points.
  7. Loyalty program and tier enrolment starts from April 2025 and is valid until further notice.
  8. Loyalty program is applicable in any °CRYO locations within the United Arab Emirates.
  9. Program terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  10. °CRYO can cancel Loyalty Program at our discretion without incurring any liability as a result.
