BOOKING POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully request at least a 4 hour notice. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.
By confirming an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy:
One day before your visit you will receive a reminder to confirm your appointment through WhatsApp, Call, Email (if provided)
If you do not answer your booking reminder, your appointment will be treated as not confirmed and automatically canceled from our system
Reschedule or cancel your booking without fees by giving us a 4-hour notice. Late arrival will affect the duration of your appointment
Future appointments of selected services require advance deposit of AED 300 to confirm your booking at our centers
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation of less than 4 hours, you will be charged a fee for each late cancellation deduction of -1 Point or deposit AED 300
